Kim Waugh (maiden name Kim Moore) is an Australian horse trainer. She has achieved a very high strike rate from a small team operating from Wyong Racecourse. ==Early career== Kim began her professional horse career as a harness driver on the now defunct Harold Park track. Her main source of drives was for trainer Charlie Parsons. Her abilities were honed behind some of Parsons' greats.
